Go Birds is a private, invitation-only app for one group of friends who watch Philadelphia Eagles games together. It is provided free of charge by the group's host. It is not a business, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Philadelphia Eagles, the National Football League, or any of their partners.

Who can use it

• You need an invite. Access requires the group password or a personal invite link from someone already in the group. Please don't pass either to people the host hasn't invited.
• Be yourself. Sign in under your own name. Some invites are limited to a single game.
• Adults. This is intended for the adults in our group.

Ground rules

• Keep it friendly. Trash talk is the point; harassment isn't. The host can remove anyone, at any time, for any reason.
• What you post. You're responsible for your own messages and photos. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.
• Don't break it. No attempts to gain access you weren't given, disrupt the service, or scrape other people's information.

Text messages

Texts are entirely optional. You only get them if you enter your phone number and turn on Text me. Expect roughly two messages per game during the season. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or turn the setting off in the app. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your content

What you post stays yours. By posting, you let the group see it inside the app. Ask the host and we'll delete your account and everything you posted.

No guarantees

This is a hobby project run by a friend, provided "as is," with no warranty of any kind. It may be down, lose data, or send a reminder late. Don't rely on it for anything that matters more than a football game. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the host is not liable for any damages arising from your use of it.

Ending it

You can leave at any time — ask the host to remove your account. The host may shut the whole thing down whenever they like, most likely in February.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the app means you're fine with the current version.
